This property is truly beautiful, with lovely gardens and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is exceptional, especially Marcus, who went out of his way to help us. However, the room was somewhat disappointing due to cleanliness issues like dirty windows and dusty furniture, which shouldn't be expected at such a lodge. Overall, it’s a relaxing spot with great potential but needs better room maintenance.

My stay was mixed; the hotel has lovely grounds and nice rooms, but the loud music from weddings made it hard to relax. The spa treatments were decent, but the scheduling and temperature issues left me feeling rushed. Overall, great facilities but the noise and some service lapses were disappointing.
